Although we’ve have tried to accurately display the colors of our foundations and concealers on www.wellpeople.com, we understand that it may be difficult to color match these products online. If you’ve purchased our Bio Correct Concealer, Bio Tint Moisturizer SPF 30, Bio Powder Foundation or Bio Stick Foundation online at www.wellpeople.com and you’re not happy with the color, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Well People eCommerce Purchases: Not to worry brave beauty, we include a return label with each order. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can use the same package our products arrive in just attach the USPS return label and put that in your outgoing mail. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation, as well as your request (ie return, exchange, etc). If you are unable to locate those documents, please write your name, order number, product information, and request (ie return, exchange). Samples and the original shipping fee is not refundable. Our cosmetic is much less likely to cause a reaction or breakout because we’ve removed potential irritants like parabens, mineral oil, chemical dyes, dimethicone, sulfates, bismuth oxychloride and fragrance.

Well People products are pregnancy friendly. We formulate without:

  • Phthalates, Parabens, Oxybenzone, Triclosan, Phenols, Retinoids and Hydroquinone

We recommend always checking with a doctor before using any products while pregnant or breastfeeding.
